Practical Sales Leadership

To grow your business globally today, you need to understand how to develop an effective sales strategy that works. With increasing competition among businesses, a well-crafted sales strategy is therefore a necessity.

During this interesting Sales & Marketing Working Group event we will also discuss go-to-market strategies and how to plan an organization, utilizing internal and external resources such as sales force and distributors. The goal for a successful go-to-market strategy is of course to deliver a unique value proposition to customers and achieve competitive advantages as well as to enhance the overall customer experience.

Leading a sales team can be challenging. The success as a sales manager relies on the team's ability to perform well. How to find the right balance between encouraging top performance and not to overload sales representatives with impossible goals? These are also topics that will be discussed.

You might remember this invitation from January. Unfortunately we had to cancel the event then, but we are happy that this interesting event is taking place now instead.

PRICE: This event is free of charge for FBCS Working Group members.

Registration is binding and no-shows will be charged RMB 200 unless cancelled before the end-of-day of the final registration date.

    General Manager at Tobii

    Janne Pihlajaniemi has been working in various roles of large multinational companies for over 17 years. He has been in teams delivering mobile phones and network solutions to market with top brands of their time like Nokia and Sony-Ericsson. He has governed large delivery teams for multinational companies and managed multimillion business portfolios for Accenture.

    Today Janne is General Manager of Chinese subsidiaries of Tobii AB, a Swedish high technology company known for eye tracking technology and he is looking after distributor network in APAC region.

    Since 2008 Janne has been living in China working on formulating go to market strategies, sales network expansion and coaching sales professionals. He is a Maryland alumni with an MBA from Smith School of Business.
