Conflicts of interests occur in policy-making under a public emergency event. We have seen these conflicts coming up among epidemic prevention, resource distribution, transport capacity, and health right boundary in the current wave of epidemic rebound, of which the knock-on effect on demand-supply structure, market competition, and price supervision lead to more problems in logistics world.

For cities with certain economic scales, but strictly following lockdown policies, emergency capacity of clusters of large logistics companies are unfortunately subject to these policies while massive market demands madly rush to scattered retail suppliers, causing changes in free market structure, and pricing mechanism.

To address such logistics problems and take lessons in urban crisis management, FinnCham Shanghai is delighted to join the European Chamber Shanghai Chapter and invite you to our online sharing event on "How to React to the Logistics Crisis Under the Epidemic".
